    GRC施工工藝和要求要注意什么?

    一、GRC線條施工工藝:
    1、 GRC line construction process:
    工藝流程:施工準備→出場構建查驗→各類鐵件、支架制作→找準外墻土建基準線→按GRC構建標準定位放線→GRC構建就位裝置→堵縫、修補→養護→分項驗收。

    1、構件出場查驗規范
    1. Code for site inspection of components
    由于構件系圍外加工預制,一切,有必要確保出場構件的質量。依據構件加工企業規范,按外觀和尺寸誤差進行現場查驗。且出場構建須有出廠合格證書,禁止運用不合格的構件。

    2、構件裝置固定辦法 線條類裝置:

    a.當截面標準小于8mm×8mm時,直接在紅磚墻或混凝土墻上打Φ8×100脹大螺栓與構件預埋件焊接固定(預埋件與脹大螺栓焊接點不得少于4個)。

    窗套類裝置。在墻體上大脹大螺栓或墻桿與構件預埋件焊接,單體構件(床上套,側傍、窗下臺)2000mm長以內

    二、GRC線條對施工環境的條件是有必定要求的:

    2、施工時要堅持墻面的基本枯燥和整潔。
