GRC采用噴射法制造時，水泥砂漿和切割好的AR-玻璃纖維同時從噴頭噴射到合適的模具上。水泥砂漿由可調泵送入噴槍，通過壓縮空氣分散成顆粒。將增強玻璃纖維粗紗喂入噴頭并切割成預定的長度，從而將短切原絲噴入分散的砂漿中，從而在模具上形成均勻的纖維砂漿層。
