　　grc裝修構件打孔，脹大螺栓裝置孔洞：深度依據GRC構件分量確認運用脹大螺栓型號，依據脹大螺栓型號挑選適宜鉆頭，孔洞避開鋼筋一次性成孔，孔洞的位置應依據GRC構件上預埋件位置確認。脹大螺栓裝置，先將脹大管放進孔洞，用錘子適度敲擊，裝置螺母。

　　Drilling of GRC decoration components and holes of expanding bolt device: confirm the use of expanding bolt model according to the GRC component depth, select the appropriate drill according to the expanding bolt model, avoid the reinforcement to form holes at one time, and confirm the location of holes according to the location of embedded parts on GRC components. 　　脹大螺絲錨固法：將GRC板按裝置要求在產品上預留螺孔——退拔狀，螺孔距離水平向大于400mm，垂直方向不大于500mm，然后用脹大螺絲直接錨固在墻面上。

　　　焊接法：在墻面上按GRC構件裝置要求設置預埋鐵件，然后用電焊焊。直接或用連桿把預埋在GRC內壁的鋼板焊接。為了確保裝置質量，在GRC構件裝置之前，要對墻基體表面的附著物進行相應的清理。預埋件要求在外墻表面以內15 mm，防止銹水外溢。

　　Welding method: set embedded iron parts on the wall according to the requirements of GRC component device, and then use electric welding. Weld the steel plate embedded in the inner wall of GRC directly or with connecting rod. In order to ensure the quality of the device, before the GRC component device, the attachments on the wall base surface shall be cleaned accordingly. The embedded parts are required to be within 15 mm of the outer wall surface to prevent the rust water from overflowing.
