7、配制灰漿

施工時應用手持式電動攪拌機攪拌，攪拌充分、均勻、稠度適中。

砂漿配制完成后，靜置5分鐘，使用前再次攪拌，混煉后的砂漿要在2小時內用完。

9、安裝錨釘

在線條的設定部位用錘鉆孔，孔通過GRC線和外壁保溫層，進入基礎壁在50mm以上。 孔的外口略低于內口，以免雨水進入墻體系統。

11、線的修補

線條安裝在采用后錨的施工方法的同時，在線條安裝中會出現接觸或破損的現象，清掃修理的部位，用GRC板材切斷成與缺損部位相同體積和形狀的GRC材料，用專用粘合劑粘貼，在表面涂抹砂漿和耐堿網布，蓋在周邊50mm以上。
