1、制作grc假山房屋模具：選擇真山要仿的部分，用硅膠反復涂抹，直到厚度達到2 cm以上。硅膠達到硬度后，用石膏在硅膠上做一個硬模具。
1. Making GRC rockery house mold: first, select the part of the real mountain to be imitated, and apply it repeatedly with silica gel until the thickness reaches more than 2 cm. After the hardness of the silica gel is reached, plaster is used to make a hard mold on the silica gel.
2、制造GRC構件假山模塊：用制作好的模具轉動玻璃鋼假山模塊，將石膏硬模放在底部，硅膠模放在頂部，先在硅膠模內鋪一層快硬硫鋁酸鹽水泥，然后鋪上玻璃網格布，再鋪上2層水泥或直接用噴漿機噴，厚度約3厘米，長寬約1、5米。
2. 3、在假山房的墻壁上焊接承重架：在要建假山的房子墻上打洞，間距1m左右。安裝膨脹螺栓，焊接5厘米角鋼。焊接后，做防銹處理。焊接輔助架應與效果圖紙結合，高低位置不應顛倒。
3. Weld the load-bearing frame on the wall of the rockery house: make holes on the wall of the house to be built with a spacing of about 1m. Install expansion bolts and weld 5cm angle steel. After welding, do antirust treatment. The welding auxiliary frame shall be combined with the effect drawing, and the height position shall not be reversed.
4、在鋼架上焊接假山模塊：焊接grc假山模塊時，注意推遲相鄰兩個grc假山模塊之間的紋理。將grc假山模塊與水沖刷線焊接時，水沖刷線應盡可能水平。盡量把接口定位在內角，因為內角的接口比較好處理。

5、接合：要特別注意指向假山屋，因為指向位置的假山皮比較粗糙，需要在指向時手動重新紋理化兩塊假山皮。
